Carrie has a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of others and is dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space for healing and growth. Her personal experience as a domestic violence survivor adds a layer of empathy and understanding to her work, especially when working with individuals from the LGBTQIA+ community and those in non-traditional relationships. Carrie's commitment to inclusivity and her ability to navigate diverse backgrounds contribute to her effectiveness in supporting clients through their journeys.
Incorporating ACT, Client-Centered, Narrative Therapy, and techniques from CBT and DBT allows Carrie to tailor interventions to meet the unique needs of each client. Creating a non-judgmental and empathetic space is a crucial aspect of her therapeutic philosophy, fostering an environment where clients can feel heard and understood.​

Outside of her professional life, Carrie has a love for travel, spending time with family and friends, and enjoying good food and coffee. As a wife and a mother of three adult children and caretaker of two German Shepherds, she brings a wealth of life experiences to her practice.​
Carrie accepts Aetna, Ambetter, Cigna, Molina Medicaid, Silver Summit Medicaid, and Medicaid Fee For Service. Her cash rate is $80/50-minute session.
